WCT takes part in D-Day Events on June 6th

To mark the 80th Anniversary of D-Day on Thursday 6th June, WCT will be popping up at different venues in Wimborne with a short piece to tell a local story.

Watch out for us around the town at the Royal British Legion, on Willow Walk, the Minster Green and other locations as we enact a performance drawn from the wartime memories of the mother of one of our members.

Dorset played an important part in the D-Day landings of 1944 and there will be various events around the town on the Anniversary.
