Home … Our Next Production coming later this year..

Plans and workshops continue as WCT prepares for our next production on the theme of Home.  We will be performing this in September as part of Wimborne Town of Culture 2026.

A short taster entitled Home, Sweet Home? was performed on the Minster Green on October 18th 2025.   WCT actors and singers from the Jubilate Choir set the scene as we explored why certain objects connect us with our memories of home.  However, while many of us feel warmth and nostalgia, this is not true for everyone.

We have been working with Rohan Gotobed, the director, to develop and frame the Autumn production.  Our next rehearsals are at the Methodist Church Hall on Wednesdays 18th March,  22nd April and 6th May from 7 – 9 pm.
