Ways of Seeing

08 May 2024

Ways of Seeing, Wimborne Community Theatre's latest production, was performed to full houses at the Museum of East Dorset on March 10th and 11th.  The audience was taken on a journey round the museum as some of its most significant artefacts were brought to life.  The nationally acclaimed collection of Victorian Valentine cards, the fragmented Roman fresco depicting the myth of Narcissus and Echo, as well as the 19th century camera, used by Wimborne photographers, Job Pottle and Jimmy James, all featured in this interactive promenade production.

'A wonderful way to visit the museum which I hadn't seen renovated.' 'Very informative, great audience participation and lovely cast.' 'The play was elaborate and must’ve involved a lot of work to pull it off so successfully. Congratulations!'
